Work Experience

Project Artworks — Work placement

2019.

A work placement with the leading arts organisation working with autistic and disabled artists, Robin worked closely with the team, documenting workshops and preparing sessions.

Cancelled due to Covid. A jointly curated show by 2nd year students of the Fine Arts Course. 

 

The B-Movie Fan Club 

The Electric Palace Cinema - Hastings. 

Robin has been programming the B-Move Fanclub for over five years, creating a monthly programme of sometimes classic and sometimes obscure B-Movies from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.

KEY SKILLS

An encyclopaedic recall of historical facts. Robin has a fascination for history and the treatment of indigenous peoples. 

​

Robin is capable of or working on small and large scale works. Robin uses a variety of mediums, montage, acrylics and watercolours and works vary in size.

 

Satirical and cutting. Robin’s direct response to political situations and characters is highly personal but also bitingly to the point. 

​

A capable presenter.

Despite Robin’s Autism, Robin is a capable and engaging speaker often bringing incites into his presentations and talks that surprise .
